1. Confirm that the request fits this job: Turns a defined user problem into the smallest working product version that can be demonstrated and tested.

3. Create the intended result: A working prototype or changed project files; Demo and acceptance-check results; A decision log with shortcuts, risks, and open questions.
4. Check the result against the approval gates and operating limits. Mark uncertain claims or decisions.
5. Give the work to a person for review at the stated checkpoint.
