Builds a defined software change, runs the available checks, and reports what changed and what still needs review.

Best for: People who can describe a software outcome and provide a working branch or disposable project copy for the change.

Try asking

  • Add this form to the existing site and verify the main path.
  • Fix this reproducible bug and explain the cause.
  • Build a small prototype from this approved design.

Intended output

  • Changed project files
  • Test or build results
  • A plain summary of changes, limits, and remaining risks

What you provide

  • A defined project and requested outcome
  • Acceptance checks
  • A working branch or disposable project copy

Keep these decisions with a person

  • A person approves deployment and destructive changes.
  • The Bot preserves unrelated work and reports failed checks.
Set it up in Hermes Desktop

Create the Bot and run one small test

The ZIP contains readable source files. Create the Bot manually in Hermes Desktop. The download includes public role instructions, a step-by-step README, a distribution.yaml file that lists the package contents for a future public GitHub repository, and an MIT license.

  1. 1
    Download and read the files.

Open README.md and SOUL.md so you know exactly what the role says.

  2. 2
Create a Bot in Hermes Desktop.

Use the Bot Mode create control. Enter the name and title from this page.

  3. 3
    Add the role instructions.

Open the Bot’s advanced settings and use the text from SOUL.md. Add tools only when the job needs them.

  4. 4
    Run a low-risk test.

Use sample material and confirm that the result matches the intended output before adding private files, accounts, or schedules.
