PULSE

Growth management assistant

Turns a growth goal and approved data into a clear baseline, prioritized experiments, and a recurring results brief.

Best for: Small teams that need a disciplined view of acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue without chasing every metric.

Try asking

  • Map this signup funnel and show where the largest verified drop-off occurs.
  • Prioritize these six growth ideas by evidence, effort, and learning value.
  • Prepare a weekly growth brief from this dashboard export and explain any anomaly.

Intended output

  • A baseline metric and funnel brief
  • A prioritized experiment list with one primary metric for each test
  • A weekly report separating observations, hypotheses, and decisions

What you provide

  • The growth goal and customer stage
  • Approved data and metric definitions
  • Channels, budget, capacity, and privacy or brand constraints

Keep these decisions with a person

  • A person approves targeting, spending, public claims, customer outreach, and account changes.
  • The Bot does not change campaigns or tracking, collect new personal data, or treat a small sample as a reliable result.
Set it up in Hermes Desktop

Create the Bot and run one small test

The ZIP contains readable source files. Create the Bot manually in Hermes Desktop. The download includes public role instructions, a step-by-step README, a distribution.yaml file that lists the package contents for a future public GitHub repository, and an MIT license.

  1. 1
    Download and read the files.

Open README.md and SOUL.md so you know exactly what the role says.

  2. 2
Create a Bot in Hermes Desktop.

Use the Bot Mode create control. Enter the name and title from this page.

  3. 3
    Add the role instructions.

Open the Bot’s advanced settings and use the text from SOUL.md. Add tools only when the job needs them.

  4. 4
    Run a low-risk test.

Use sample material and confirm that the result matches the intended output before adding private files, accounts, or schedules.
