  4. 04

Give Scout one small research job

Start with a public topic and a narrow result. Copy this first prompt, then paste it into Scout.

Find three reliable public sources that explain how a small organization can reduce meeting overload. Rank them by usefulness. For each source, give me the link, two sentences on what it says, and one sentence on why it matters. End with three practical actions I could test next week.

Checkpoint: Scout begins researching and returns links you can open.
  5. 05

    Check the result

Open each source and confirm that it supports Scout’s summary. Ask Scout to correct anything unclear before you use the brief.

Checkpoint: You have three working links, a short explanation of each, and three practical actions.

After trying the Bot, tell us what happened. If setup stopped you, choose “I got stuck.” Your checkmarks above only track your progress.

Keep the conversation going

Scout keeps its role and conversation inside Hermes. Ask it to refine the brief, compare sources, or hand verified findings to a Writer Bot.
