Narrative and message system

A central narrative, verified proof points, and a reusable message kit for the approved audiences and channels.

Designed for: Leaders and teams that need one consistent story across their website, email, presentations, and social channels

Before you begin

Gather the information the Bots need

Run the first version one step at a time

Send one clear message to each Bot

Start in individual Bot chats. After you approve a result, paste it into the next Bot’s chat with the message shown below. This gives you a clear handoff and keeps the order predictable.

1

Researcher

Organize the confirmed facts, sources, contradictions, and evidence gaps

Produces: A source and proof-point brief
Use the approved inputs I provide. Organize the confirmed facts, sources, contradictions, and evidence gaps. Return this result: A source and proof-point brief. Ask me about missing information before you continue.
2

Build the central narrative and adapt its message structure by audience

Produces: A narrative brief and audience message map
Start with this result from Researcher: A source and proof-point brief. Build the central narrative and adapt its message structure by audience. Return this result: A narrative brief and audience message map. Ask me about missing information before you continue.
3

Writer

Turn the approved message map into reusable channel drafts

Produces: A message kit with sample website, email, and social copy
Start with this result from STORY: A narrative brief and audience message map. Turn the approved message map into reusable channel drafts. Return this result: A message kit with sample website, email, and social copy. Ask me about missing information before you continue.

Overall request

Build a reusable message system from these approved sources. Separate facts from interpretation and aspiration, surface contradictions, and draft channel examples only after I approve the central narrative and proof points.

Use this as the project brief. The step messages above tell each Bot which part to complete.

Decisions for a person

  • Decide the central meaning and positioning
  • Approve proof points, quotations, testimonials, and public claims
  • Approve final wording and any publication or distribution
First test

Try the workflow with low-risk material

Use three approved source documents and one audience to create a one-page message map and three short channel drafts, then verify every claim.

Set it up in Hermes Desktop

Begin with individual chats, then add a group when the handoffs work

  1. Open each linked starter page and follow its manual Hermes Desktop setup steps.
  2. Run each step in that Bot’s own chat and review the result.
  3. Pass the approved result to the next Bot with the provided step message.
  4. After the sequence works, create an optional group with the same Bots.
  5. In a group, @mention the Bot you want. Membership order does not control who responds.
